SIDING & ROOFING INSTALLER
Factum Builders is looking for a dependable installer to join our growing team. We work mainly in the ICI sector, often as a sub-trade for large contractors, delivering high-quality exterior work with a strong commitment to deadlines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Install siding, roofing, metal cladding, and related products correctly and professionally
- Work closely with a strong, team-first crew
- Install sub-framing and insulation systems
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous construction experience is required
- Up-to-date safety training is a strong asset
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude every day, this is the number one thing we look for
JOB DETAILS
- Mainly ICI sector work
- Typically 40 to 44 hours per week
- Competitive pay based on qualifications, experience, and skill level
- Salary is open to discussion and commensurate with the right candidate
